Briar Bunny Baby Hat Knitting Pattern

An adorable way to keep baby's head cozy! The hat pictured here is knit with a soft acrylic yarn in taupe and the inside of the ears are done in a fuzzy off-white alpaca yarn.

This pattern uses a fun technique to knit the hat in the round from the top down. Once you learn to knit top down hats you can easily adopt this basic beanie pattern for any size yarn, any size needles and any size head! Bunny ears are knit seperately and attached to the beanie.

Instructions are for size 0-6 months, but the pattern includes advice on substituting different yarns, knitting for different sizes and creating your own designs. Feel free to sell your creations from this pattern, just don't resell the pattern.

This pattern is for the adventurous beginner or intermediate knitter and uses knitting in the round on double-pointed needles. Reccommended needle size for pictured hat is US size 5
